A group of political parties (all in opposition) have together formed a coalition called the Inter-Party Resistance Against New Voters’ Register to mount pressure on the Jean Mensa led Electoral Commission to rescind this decision.
Tuesday saw them climaxing the series of demonstrations they have earlier embarked on in Tamale and Kumasi here in Accra. The marched all the way from Kawukudi Park near the 37 Military Hospital to the headquarters of the Electoral at Ridge also in Accra.
