Some parents and guardians have expressed frustration at their inability to print out the details of Senior High Schools (SHSs) and Technical Schools their wards have been posted to by the Computerised Schools Selection and Placements (CSSPs) Secretariat.
They said their inability to obtain the print out of the placements was making it difficult for them to begin admission processes for their wards.
Some parents, who called into Adom FM’s morning show, Dwaso Nsem, complained of their inability to access the placement website.
Others accused staff at the CSSPs Secretariat of refusing to post their wards to their preferred schools.
Some claimed to have bought about three vouchers to access the platform, but all to no avail.
In response, Head of Communications at the Free SHS Secretariat, Josberta Gyan Kwakye appealed to parents to exercise restraint.
The Head of Communications said they share in the anxiety of parents and are working to resolve the technical challenges that have plagued the CSSPs this year.
The Communications Head assured that all students who have passed their Basic Education Certificate Examination will get admission into SHS.
