Afia and Abrokwah are battling with some marital issues after Abrokwah caught Afia in bed with another man in their matrimonial home and made a video of the extra marital affair of the comedienne and television personality.
A complaint was filed at the police station against and he was subsequently called brought in for questioning, and then discharged.
Abrokwah has since been charged with threat of harm, assault and circulation of obscene material.
Mr. Abrokwah had earlier failed to appear at his first summons to the Domestic Violence Court, and had reportedly sought for an out of court settlement.
