According to him ADB started the programme three years ago by providing improved seeds, fertilizers, insecticides and equipment to plough the farms for five hundred farmers in the Northern, Upper East, and Upper West Regions.
Further urging that the Bank to replicate the programme across the country to ensure food security and sufficiency.
