The Fetu Afahye is a festival celebrated by the chiefs and peoples of Cape Coast in the Central region of Ghana.
The festival is celebrated on the first Saturday in the month of September every year.

2020 edition has been put on suspension via a press statement dated June 3, 2020. .
The announcement was by Oguaa Traditional Council
Covid-19 was stated as a major reason for the suspension of the celebrations.

According to the statement signed by L.A. Donkoh, Senior Registrar of the Council, “all rituals and traditions will be observed.”
