Mad a surprise donation to two fishing communities in the Asuogyaman Constituency
In the Eastern Region.

John Dramani distributed food relief items to all vulnerable households.
The beneficiary communities were New Powmu and Abume.
In reactions to his visit the residents were happy to se the former president
as he arrived in the communities unannounced with the Member of Parliament for the area Thomas Ampem Nyarko.

The relief food packages rice, Sugar, cooking, oil, mackerel, among other items to the impoverished occupants.
This donation is said to be part of Mahama;s relief intervention targeting 20,000 vulnerable
households across the country aim at mitigating their plight worsened by the Coronavirus pandemic.
Mr. Mahama advised the community members to continue to adhere to the preventive etiquettes for COVID-19.

Meanwhile, the National Chairman of the opposition National Democratic Congress Samuel Ofosu Ampofo on behalf of the flagbearer for the Party John Dramani Mahama also presented for the second time Personal Protective Equipment, PPE, including pair of Gumboots, disposal coverall suits, Medical Protective overall suits, goggles, and facial masks, Nurses cabs among others to the Hawa Memorial Hospital.
