Many have said floods have become an annual ritual in Accra & Ghan.
Particularly around June and July when it’s the raining season.
Making it unsafe living in some part of Accra during these times.
This morning as it rained some parts of Accra got flooded, forcing some affected persons to seek refuge at odd places such as under the Achimota overpass.

The heavy rains which lasted for couple of hours, left several people around the Kwame Nkrumah Circle Interchange and adjoining communities also displaced.

Reports indicate that Odaw, Avenor, Dansoman, Achimota and others have been affected.
