The head coach of the Egyptian National football team Hector Cuper has named a strong 23 man squad for the world cup qualifier against Ghana.
The Pharaohs will take on the Black Stars of Ghana in a crucial Group E World Cup qualifier on November 13.
Coach Hector has invited veteran goalkeeper Essam Hadary after his heroic performance against Congo Brazzaville, which also has former Chelsea winger Mohamed Salah.
The full list of the 23 man squad include goalkeepers Essam El Hadary (Wadi Degla), Sherif Ekramy (Al Ahly) and Ahmed El Shenawy (Zamalek).
The defenders are Ahmed Hegazy (Al Ahly), Ahmed Dwedar (Zamalek), Ali Gabr (Zamalek), Hamadan Tolba (El Masry), Mohamed Abdel Shafy (Ahly Jeddeh), Ahmed Elmohamady (Hull City), Omar Gaber (FC Basel) and Ahmed Fathy (Al Ahly).
Mohamed Salah will lead in midfield with Abdullah Al Saied (Al Ahly), Momen Zakryia (Al Ahly), Ibrahim Salah (Zamalek), Tarek Hamed (Zamalek), Mostafa Fathy (Zamalek), Mohamed El Nneny (Arsenal), Mahmoud Hassan Trezguet (Mouscron), Ramadan Sobhy (Stoke City) and Amr Wardah (Panathinaikos), making up the rest of the midfielders.
Basem Morsy (Zamalek) and Ahmed Hassan Kouka (Braga) will lead the attack for the Pharaohs.
