The Coronavirus cases in Ghana have increased by 173 new cases, pegging the total number of positive cases in the country at 6,269.
According to the Ghana Health Service, the increase in Ghana’s COVID-19 cases is attributed to new cases found in Greater Accra, Ashanti, Western and Central regions.
Also, the Ghana Health Service on May 20, 2020, announced that 125 patients recovered from the virus since the last count bringing the total number of recoveries to 1,898.
The Greater Accra Region is still leading the chart with 4,582 cases, followed by the Ashanti and Central Regions with 921 and 285 cases respectively.
