There’s total confusion on social media on whether Hon. Aponkye won the Assembly Elections at Adukrom Nima Electoral Area or not.
Well, as confirmed earlier, he didn’t win.
And now, GHANAQUEST.COM has laid hands on the official results from the polling station.

From the results, Hon Aponkye whose real name is Ibrahim Issah Ampim got the least votes. He had a total of 234 votes which made 9% of the total vote cast.
Hon. Iddrisu had 486 votes which made 19%, Hon. Maxwell got 770 votes which made 30% of the total vote cast. And the winner Hon. Abdul Rashid had 1056 votes which made 40% of the total vote cast.
In total, there were 2,608 votes with 62 rejected ballots.
It ended in tears for Mr. Aponkye.
