South African rapper AKA is beating the war drum ahead of Burna Boy’s visit to South Africa.
The confusion was set in motion by the Xenophobic disturbances in South Africa a few months ago. Nigerians were the most targets by South Africans during these attacks as they killed and destroyed properties of black foreigners in their country.
The attacks saw Nigerian celebrities who came out to condemn the act as appalling. South African artiste AKA took to social media to support the brutal act, stating that foreigners have taken all the jobs at the expense of South Africans.
Although he vowed not to visit South Africa, Burna Boy is scheduled to headline the Africans Unite concert in Mzansi, South Africa.
The concert was announced this week and will include performances from Kwesta, Jidenna, Busiswa and many more.
As a response to Burna Boy’s upcoming performance in South Africa, AKA has dared the Nigerian star on Twitter.
His tweets reads:
“I would love to attend this show and watch this man put his hands on me in my own country.“
