He noted that although Bastie beat his friend Bukom Banku when they met, he will not repeat the mistakes Banku committed.
“Bastie beat Bukom Banku and Bukom Banku beat me so it’s left with me and Bastie to meet. I will whip Bastie so much so that he it will be difficult to recognize him. I’m coming to set a record that no one has set before. Bukom Banku did a lot of mistakes that is why he beat Bukom but me I’m not going to make such mistakes.”
He noted that most people are doubting his ability to beat Bastie but was insistent on the fact that people should believe him because 2020 he came with a refreshed energy.
“2020 is my year and I’ve come to cause upsets and shock people. I know that 90% of the people will support Bastie against me but with my preparation, I will shock a number of people.”
Ayittey Powers indicated that in his Boxing career, he has four fights more before he goes on retirement and that includes a fight with Bukom Banku, Bastie Samir, Gbese Bruno and another Boxer whose name he could not recall.
