No one cares because everyone is so self-concerned. Imagine if you looked around every once in a while. Calmed down. The “Grind Is Life” mentality is understandable but absolutely toxic.
True but the mentality is usually temporary. After a good few years of grinding, most would turn it down a notch and focus on enjoying life.
