Some 60 South African persons are flown back to their country from Ghana.
As Ghana records 636 confirmed coronavirus cases on Monday. 14th of April 2020.
The South Africans were said to be stranded in the country after they were caught up in Ghana’s 21-days mandatory lock down.
Seen off at the Kotoka International Airport by
South African High Commissioner to Ghana Madam Lulama Xingwana.
Madam Lulama Xingwana explained that their nationals were in Ghana to execute some projects,
but they were caught up within the lock down in Accra.
South African thanked Ghana Government for them to be repatriated by a special flight back home.
