When asked about his future, Dude Micah disclosed that he has set his eyes on a World title.
“I want to win a world title in a year’s time, but right now am focusing on this bout. Once I have a promoter and a good coach my future is bright,” he said.
On the other hand, his opponent Kareem, who won a Commonwealth title in Ghana said he won the title in Ghana and will do the same come Saturday.
“I didn’t come here to joke. Five years ago I won a Commonwealth title here in Ghana and will do it again. I have fought with many Ghanaians including Gabriel Laryea, Johnson and others.”
He said the home crowd will not affect him and called on all Nigerians in Ghana to rally behind him for victory.
“I think nothing will affect me. The crowd doesn’t shake me at all. I believe I will beat him and I want Ghanaians to witness a good fight. I know Dude Micah well because we are in the same gym,” he said.
