Egypt snatched a win from the jaws of defeat as two late goals secured them a 3-2 win over Ghana in the on going Under 23 AFCON in Egypt.
The Egyptians gradually warmed themselves into the game and snatched an equalizer through Moustafa Mohammed as the winger eluded his marker to head a ball beyond the reach of goalkeeper Kwame Baah.

It was a ding dong affair afterwards but the attackers from both clubs looked blunt as they failed to find the back of the net.
Egyptian skipper Ramadan Sobhi found space and unleashed a stinging shot from 35-yards in the 40th minute but Ghana keeper Kwame Baah tipped it over the bar.
Real Oviedo attacker Samuel Obeng pounced on a howler from Egyptian defender Abdel Salam and calmly placed the ball beyond the opposing goalkeeper in the 46th minute to give Ghana a 2-1 win.
The Black Meteors went to sleep allowing the Egyptians to pile pressure on them. It took three superb saves from Kwame Baah in the space of two minutes to deny the host nation the equalizer.
The Egyptians seized the midfield and coach Ibrahim Tanko had to bring in a more combative enforcer in the shape of Simon Zibo to add more steel in the 69th minute.
Danger man Ramadan Sobhi equalized for Egypt with a simple tap in the 81st minute after Kwame Baah had failed to grab a a shot from Mohammed.
Coach Ibrahim Tanko brought on Abass Issah in the 85th for Evans Mensah as he pushed forward for the equalizer but the Egyptians resulted to a counter attacking style as they put incessant pressure on the Ghanaians.
The Egyptians got a late winner in the 89th minute as Yasser Rayan superbly headed a Ramadan Sobhi corner into the net.
Ghana needs to beat Mali in the last group game to have a chance of making it to the 2020 Olympic Games in Egypt.
